This full-time salaried position involves providing expert technical assistance and mentorship to learners, ensuring a seamless learning experience across our platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering general and technical support via chat and email, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Providing guidance on foundational learning materials and troubleshooting technical issues related to networking, Linux, and Windows systems.
  • Grading exams for OffSec certifications with precision and fairness.
  • Testing, verifying, and validating products, lab systems, and features before release.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Linux, and Windows systems, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A growth mindset, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

Key requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
  • Strong expertise in networking, virtualization, Linux, and Windows systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and improve processes to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Relevant technical or IT certifications are a plus.
