Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during implementation of customer-centric solutions.
  • Co-ordinate with multiple teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services.
  • Build knowledge of specific products within their business group and understand how end-to-end processes fit together.
  • Continually seek ways to improve internal processes and identify problems to help solve them.
  • Collect and provide customer information to assist internal teams, such as Sales and Marketing.
  • Process request forms related to network builds.
  • Identify revenue generating opportunities and communicate them to the Sales team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking.
  • 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols such as Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize work tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and Leadership skills for Bell Customer Interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of PC software and Microsoft Office (MS Excel & Word), PowerPoint, and Visio knowledge is an asset.
