Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the MES Support Specialist role. As an MES Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues related to our Manufacturing Execution System.

About the Job

  • You will work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical tickets and incidents.
  • You will review and address operational data issues using Microsoft SQL Management.
  • Training will be provided in-house, allowing you to develop expertise with leading-edge technology.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases and proficiency with T-SQL codes, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
  • Ability to diagnose and address complex operational data issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, hardware, and networks.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
