The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of field sales experience in general trade or distribution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage distributor relationships effectively. A motorbike will be provided for this role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Field Sales and Distribution:
- Visit distributor locations to promote and sell company products, ensuring effective coverage of assigned areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities to expand market reach.
- Monitor product availability and visibility in distributor outlets, addressing any gaps.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Provide insights on competitor activities and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Effectively promote and demonstrate company products to distributors and their customers.
- Provide training and support to distributor sales teams on product features and benefits.
- Ensure distributors are informed about ongoing promotions and new product launches.
- Manage distributor orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels at distributor locations to prevent stockouts.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, distributor activities, and market conditions.
- Address and resolve distributor and customer inquiries or issues professionally.
- Handle any disputes related to orders, deliveries, or product quality.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and support.
