Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Sales Account Executive to join our team.
Sales TargetsThe successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective professional sales techniques, focusing on long-term customer relationships and partnerships with top construction companies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or Marketing.
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of selling experience in the Construction Industry, with previous handling of developers & contractors.
- A portfolio of known key accounts & contact persons.
- Willingness to do full-time fieldwork and travel throughout the NCR.
- 13th Month Pay, Employee Loan.
- HMO Insurance.
