Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Global Talent Acquisition organization by performing administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews. They will also assist with sourcing, screening, and evaluating internal and external talent/candidates.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all Talent Acquisition queries or requests. You will work closely with other centers of excellence to provide Tier 2 support as needed.

You will coordinate pre-employment travel, offer process, and new hire experience requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in executing employee onboarding activities to increase new hire engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Talent Acquisition queries or requests received via the ticketing system or shared mailbox.
  • Be an expert on applicant tracking systems, job posting applications, and scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate pre-employment travel, offer process, and new hire experience requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Administration or Operations.
  • Focused on delivering in an administrative function with high attention to detail, quality, integrity, and sense of urgency.
  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills with confidence to follow up and follow through.
  • Comfortable navigating systems and technology; at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Competent in a highly matrixed environment and embraces coaching culture.
