  • Cash posting from lock boxes and month-to-month or week-to-week cash to accounting reconciliation is also a priority.
  • Designing a comprehensive reconciliation process for the lock box process is essential for effective cash management.
  • Reporting on cash receipts and volume provides valuable insights into our financial operations.
  • Updating customer remittance information and reviewing remittance details ensures seamless communication with customers.
  • Performing account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and resolving customer inquiries demonstrates your attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, billing department colleagues, and account managers fosters a collaborative work environment.
  • Regular reporting to supervisors helps ensure transparency and accountability within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, including collections and contract management is required.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, and ConnectWise is highly valued.
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential for this role.
