  • Review weekly and monthly billing statements, and deliver accurate and timely reporting to Accounting and leadership.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize credit risk, improve cash flow, and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation within AR.
  • Provide key insights, recommendations, and ad hoc reporting to senior management and executive leadership based on AR analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in an accounting/finance role, with prior exposure to accounts receivable management preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience driving process improvements and leveraging automation or new technologies to increase efficiency.
  • Fluent in communication, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment with a passion for organization, collaboration, and seeing tasks through to completion.
