We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the hypercare process for designated regions, sites, or projects.

The successful candidate will analyze key performance indicators and processes to enhance employee engagement and retention, driving best practices and innovative strategies to meet organizational goals.

Support and mentor assigned team members to optimize their performance and success.

  1. Identify opportunities to drive employee engagement and retention across all assigned geos, countries, sites, or projects.
  2. Partner with regional or site leaders from operations, training, HR, facilities, talent acquisition, etc., to ensure effective execution of the hypercare process.
  3. Provide relevant data analysis and feedback, fostering best practices and innovative strategies to meet organizational goals.
  4. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to assigned team members.
  5. Oversee and coordinate daily team activities to optimize performance and success.
  6. Lead special projects related to new surveys, survey enhancements, or data analysis as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in employee engagement is required.
  • Proven leadership, time management, analytical thinking, proactivity, and result orientation skills are required.
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to business needs and processes.
