Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As an expert in labor relations, you will be responsible for building a positive work culture and guiding HR processes that drive business results.

In this role, you will lead key HR programs from performance management to onboarding and offboarding, shaping each team member's experience. Your expertise will be crucial in developing strategies to uphold labor policies, collaborating with legal teams, and leading evidence-gathering for labor cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Labor Relations Expertise: Collaborate with legal teams and lead evidence-gathering for labor cases.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting policies and manage grievance processes.
  • HR Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employees addressing concerns related to policies or resources.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Well-versed in labor law with experience handling comprehensive HR functions in a fast-growing company.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a high-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with a high emotional quotient for empathetic engagement.
