Job Title: Talent Experience Assistant

This position plays a vital part in attracting, engaging, and inspiring talents through strategic business partnering. By combining HR generalist responsibilities with tailored approaches to departmental needs, this role fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers employees to thrive.

  • HR Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic HR advice and solutions to address team-specific challenges.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews, coordinating communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, prepare recruitment reports, and maintain applicant tracking systems.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate onboarding logistics such as welcome kits, IT requests, access cards, and orientation schedules, ensure new hire requirements are completed accurately and on time, and gather feedback from new hires to help improve the onboarding experience.
  • Employee Engagement and Experience Support: Provide assistance in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and surveys, support data gathering and communication related to engagement initiatives, help manage feedback tools and monitor participation levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment.
  • Strong coordination and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, and AI tools.
