The Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive company culture.
This includes developing and managing programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Design and execute a calendar of engagement events, from team-building activities to company-wide celebrations.
- Culture & Communication: Act as a culture ambassador, creating internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.
- Data Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
- Employee Support: Assist with employee relations and use exit interview data to improve retention.
- Logistics & Admin: Manage logistics for all engagement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement.
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Creative, people-oriented, and analytical.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and photo editing software is an advantage.
Creativity: Ability to create fresh and engaging programs.
Empathy: Genuine interest in connecting with and understanding employees.
Strategic Thinking: Connect daily activities to business goals like retention and productivity.
