Student Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and charismatic Student Engagement Specialist to forge strong partnerships with educational institutions. This individual will build relationships with career advisors, student services, and job placement offices to promote our driver platform among students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish connections with colleges, universities, and vocational schools to facilitate student participation in our platform.
  • Present our opportunity as a flexible income source for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups to engage with students and faculty.
  • Maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts to ensure ongoing outreach efforts.
  • Distribute marketing materials to promote our platform among students.
  • Report weekly progress and feedback to the outreach manager or director.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and driver onboarding teams to streamline the application process for student referrals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with professionals and students.
  • Experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage outreach targets independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using basic CRM or tracking tools.
  • Passion for education, economic mobility, and student success is an advantage.
