Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Complaint Resolution Manager to join our customer care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role:

  • The Complaint Resolution Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and coordinate responses to customer complaints.
  3. Develop and implement procedures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
  4. Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders on customer complaints and suggest areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
