Complaint Resolution Manager

We are currently seeking a Complaint Resolution Manager to join our customer care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
About the Role:
- The Complaint Resolution Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and coordinate responses to customer complaints.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
- Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders on customer complaints and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
