Role Overview

This position is designed for individuals looking to expand their expertise and take on a leadership role in sales, customer service, or coaching.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of sales and service calls & emails, facilitating feedback and coaching sessions with clients. Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in-person, contributing to the development of training strategy and deliverables. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for improvement. Recognize and act on sales opportunities, participating in team meetings and calibration sessions.


Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/customer service roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership or coaching roles.
  • Experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent time management skills.

About the Role

As a Call Quality Coach, you will work within a team to create long-standing relationships by providing top-notch call & email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions, including sales opportunities, customer experience programs, and staff engagement, for our customers.
