Customer Service Team Leader (Freight Forwarding Company)

Location: Remote Job (Based in the Philippines)

Industry: International Freight Forwarding & Logistics

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our growing freight forwarding team.

Qualifications:


• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics customer service


• Must have solid knowledge in Airfreight and Seafreight operations


• Experience working as back office support is a plus


• Proven leadership experience


• Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills


• Honest, reliable, and performance-driven


• Able to support company goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Willing and able to perform duties even after office hours, when necessary


• We are looking for serious candidates only who can confidently take on he role and lead the team

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage daily customer service operations


• Supervise, train, and motivate CS staff


• Coordinate with clients, agents, and operations teams


• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery


• Resolve issues efficiently and maintain excellent client relationships

Working Schedule:


• Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Time)


• Saturday – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Philippine Time)
