A results-driven leader is needed to motivate and mentor a team towards delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Guide a team of customer support agents, ensuring consistent performance and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide personalized guidance to help team members succeed.
- Evaluate team performance bi-annually and recommend opportunities for growth, promotions, or recognition.
- Promote a positive, supportive, and high-performance work environment.
- The ideal candidate has a minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment.
- They have a proven background in e-commerce customer service, preferably with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon experience.
- They possess a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- They are familiar with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
- Leadership experience in customer service
