Job Overview

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage files, records, and documents in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence with professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary items.
  • Support other staff members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
