Job Title:Credit Collection Specialist

Job Summary:

This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform account maintenance activities, including receipting and cash application
  • Responsible for day-to-day workload distribution, including email and query management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislations and QBE policies
  • Take ownership of the ledger and explore avenues to collect outstanding debt
  • Process basic and routine functions related to Accounts Receivable duties
  • Maintain good working relationships with external and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 0-1 year relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Strong spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education to degree level
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and objectives
  • Preferably with experience in Financial Services
