We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and collecting payments from customers, as well as performing daily bank reconciliations and monitoring accounts receivable.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires at least 3+ years of payment collection experience. You should have excellent communication skills, be hardworking with high attention to detail, and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.

About The Role

As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and collecting payments from customers through email and phone calls, handling any issues that may arise during the process;
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations and monitoring accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timely payment;
  • Collecting purchase orders for multi-year purchase agreements;
  • Escalating internal tasks and working closely with the sales, legal, and overseas customer departments;
  • Providing data support for accounting reports and other related tasks;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English or Economics;
  • Excellent English communication skills;
  • At least 3+ years of payment collection experience;
  • Hardworking with high attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure;
  • Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel;
