Job Description

As a senior financial professional, you will lead a team of accounts receivable specialists to manage collection activities and drive process efficiency. You will be responsible for identifying customer billing issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring prompt payment from customers.

Key responsibilities include leading a team, understanding customer requirements, participating in portfolio monitoring meetings, and ensuring timely reconciliation and sharing of statements of accounts with customers.

Additionally, you will proactively provide pre-alert notifications on the credit status of existing or potential trading partners, understand the end-to-end accounts receivable process, and drive continuous improvement and productivity for related processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Business-to-Business Accounts Receivable Collections
  • Strong knowledge of collection processes and AR policies and procedures
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Project and stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work well with team members at all levels inside and outside of the organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
