- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior finance leader.
- Strong expertise in financial management within manufacturing and retail sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate financial data into business growth opportunities.
