Job Description

The Finance Director - Financial Planning and Analysis will lead the end-to-end financial management cycle, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives. This role will oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

This position will prepare, review, and present management reports highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances. The successful candidate will maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align financial plans with operational goals. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is also a critical aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation is also required.

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred) is necessary for this position. At least 8 years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting are required.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights are essential. Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.) is preferred.

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills are necessary for this role. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences are also required.
