
Business Development Manager

This role is instrumental in facilitating the bid and proposal process, bolstering the team's mission to mobilize resources and achieve strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting ongoing research to identify new opportunities that align with the company's capabilities and goals, fostering strong relationships with potential partners, and ensuring timely submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities aligned with our strategic goals
- Develop and maintain partnerships to pursue large-scale bids and collaborations
- Participate in pre-bid meetings to establish relationships with clients and gain insights into their needs
- Oversee the entire bid process, including requirement gathering, resource coordination, proposal development, and timely submission
- Ensure accurate information updates in the Projects and Proposals Pipeline
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners to secure successful bids
- Up to 3 years of experience in proposal development and bid management, preferably in a non-profit or consulting environment
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, climate, sustainability, or a related field
