The Business Development and Operations Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding business opportunities by identifying and securing new clients and partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and increasing revenue streams.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and nurture existing partnerships for long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and services that meet client needs, ensuring satisfaction and business expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their manpower needs and ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
- Proactively communicate with client representatives and management to ensure alignment between service requests, project timelines, and successful delivery.
- Provide client support and resolve conflicts or challenges that arise during day-to-day operations.

- Continuously assess and optimize operations for cost savings, time management, and service quality improvements.
Manpower Scheduling & Coordination:Reporting:
- Oversee the timely fulfillment of client manpower requests, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate effectively between manpower teams and client representatives to meet operational demands and timelines.
- Resolve issues related to manpower deployment, including delays or staffing gaps, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to management, highlighting performance metrics such as delivery success rates, business growth, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 3 years of managerial experience in logistics or delivery operations. Experience as a Business Development or Operations Manager is advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
- With strong decision-making, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Proven track record in managing and motivating teams for smooth operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and provide support beyond regular working hours when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
