**Senior Sales Associate Role Overview:**
The Senior Sales Associate at Primer Group of Companies is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to driving sales growth, improving store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing cash, credit, and e-wallet sales, ensuring compliance with cashiering processes, and reporting any discrepancies to the Store Head.
Key Accountabilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, leveraging creative sales techniques and building strong relationships with customers.
- Cash Handling and Reporting: Accurately process cash, credit, and e-wallet transactions, and promptly report any discrepancies or issues.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, providing detailed reports on stock levels, and ensuring timely resolution of inventory variances and losses.
- Store Operations: Implement daily adherence to the Nimbly checklist, report equipment malfunctions, and ensure compliance with cashiering processes.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: A College degree or High school graduate is required.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient computer skills, good oral and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, and high attention to detail are essential.
