Customer Service Support Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery unit, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through various communication channels.
Pearson Customer Service Analyst Role in ManilaThe ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or the ability to demonstrate the required skills to deliver excellent customer service. You'll be comfortable working as part of a team and will have experience in dealing with unhappy or unsatisfied customers.
In this role, you'll be supporting our customer service representatives by receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to ensure customers can access Pearson systems. You'll also aid Centre staff with their administration and delivery of Pearson Qualifications.
As a problem-solver, you won't be daunted when resolving complex and urgent queries. We want our customer service team to offer outstanding support and be the voice of Pearson.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable to sudden changes within the educational system and flexible to meet our customer and business needs throughout the academic year. Self-motivation is essential in this role.
The shift pattern for this role is 7.5 hour shifts between the hours of 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday UK Time.
