We're seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven
Klaviyo Email Marketing All-in-One Specialist
. This role covers the complete end-to-end email marketing process—from strategy and design to launch, optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages all email workflows independently, and understands how to tailor campaigns to the Philippine market and global audience.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Full Campaign Ownership
  • Lead the end-to-end Klaviyo workflow—from campaign strategy and design (visuals + copy) to QA, implementation, and performance monitoring.
  • Flows & Automation
  • Set up and manage multi-stage automated flows including welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and re-engagement sequences. Continuously optimize based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
  • Design & Copywriting
  • Create compelling visual email templates and engaging copy. Provide design briefs when necessary and collaborate with internal or external designers to bring them to life.
  • Segmentation & Personalization
  • Build dynamic audience segments using Klaviyo's filters, behavioral data, and lifecycle stages to deliver personalized and impactful messaging.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization
  • Run experiments on subject lines, content layouts, send times, and design elements. Analyze results and refine strategies for better engagement and conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor key performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, deliverability). Generate actionable insights and reports to inform improvements.
  • Deliverability & List Hygiene
  • Ensure high deliverability by managing clean subscriber lists, handling bounce/complaint issues, and maintaining best practices.
  • QA & Technical Oversight
  • Perform thorough QA across devices and email clients. Troubleshoot technical issues with design, coding, or integrations.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Keep abreast of e-commerce trends, email marketing best practices, and competitor approaches. Apply these insights to shape campaigns and retention strategies.
  • Collaboration & Workflow Management
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader goals. Use tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Slack for efficient project tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • At least
    2–3 years of hands-on experience
    using
    Klaviyo
    for end-to-end email marketing workflows.
  • Strong skills in
    email design
    (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop) and
    copywriting
    for emails.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in
    segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
    .
  • Data-driven mindset with capabilities in
    analytics, reporting, and optimization
    .
  • Up-to-date knowledge of
    email deliverability
    , compliance regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional
    attention to detail
    , strong project management, and excellent English communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing
    SMS or multi-channel campaigns
    using Klaviyo.
  • Familiarity with
    e-commerce platforms
    (particularly Shopify) and integrations like Recharge or Yotpo.
  • Previous involvement in
    mentoring or leading teams
    , or working within an agency/freelance environment serving multiple clients.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization and coding.
