Email Marketing Operations Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual seeking a challenging role in email marketing operations? We're looking for a skilled specialist to manage our email campaigns, track product sends, and execute repeatable marketing tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute email campaigns using Iterable or similar platforms
  • Track and record shipping and tracking information using Google Sheets
  • Support landing page setup using Content Management Systems or drag-and-drop tools
  • Follow standard operating procedures to complete repeatable tasks like tracking code creation and promo code generation
  • Submit and track requests using Airtable or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with the team through Slack and Gmail communication channels
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing email campaigns
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability, responsiveness, and ability to learn quickly
  • Basic to intermediate Google Sheets skills
  • Comfortable working in Pacific Standard Time hours
  • Familiarity with Airtable or Content Management System platforms is a plus
