Working hours: 40 hrs per week, 8 am - 5 pm PST

Scope of the Job

We're looking for a tech-savvy Email Marketing Specialist to lead the execution, automation, and optimization of email campaigns that drive growth, retention, and engagement across our digital products. This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of data, design, and deliverability. You'll be working with cutting-edge tools and platforms to create highly personalized, automated campaigns at scale. From setting up customer journeys to running A/B tests and analyzing metrics, you'll own the full lifecycle of email—from code to click. This isn't just a marketing role. It's a hands-on, high-impact position where tech and creativity meet.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage email campaigns that drive engagement and growth

  • Design email templates that look great on all devices

  • Set up automated email journeys (like welcome series or reminders)

  • Segment contact lists to send the right message to the right audience

  • Run simple tests to see which emails perform best (A/B testing)

  • Track performance—opens, clicks, and conversions—and make improvements

  • Ensure emails follow privacy and compliance rules (like GDPR)

  • Work closely with other teams to match email messaging with the overall strategy
    • 4 years of experience in email marketing

    • Comfortable using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar

    • Some knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required

    • Experience working with lists, segmentation, and automated workflows

    • Ability to understand performance numbers and turn them into action

    • A good eye for design and strong communication skills

      • Bonus if you've worked with tools like Shopify, Zapier, or a CRM
