Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back office processes in the real estate industry and be adept at managing multiple implementations simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prior to project kickoff, assess client's current business needs and workflows.
  • Develop and manage customized implementation plan for each client.
  • Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure product adoption.
  • Communicate project's implementation progress with internal stakeholders and customer.
  • De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions. Facilitate resolution of all issues to retain client.
  • Partner with team of Implementation Specialists to improve and scale internal processes. Recommend adjustments to client journey to improve overall experience and adoption of BoldTrail BackOffice product suite.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in developing client relationships quickly required.
  • Exceptional communication skills apparent in email and phone presence required.
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow through required.
  • Proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues required.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios required.
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication or related field preferred.
  • 2 years+ of client facing Project Management experience at SaaS based business preferred.
