Operations and Process Professional
We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to support our core business operations. As an Operations and Process Specialist, you will focus on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in our operational processes.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrives in a collaborative environment. They will strive to achieve operational excellence and become a subject matter expert in various operational processes over time.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with data entry, system processing, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Perform routine and ad hoc tasks to support the administration of compensation programs.
  • Upload and manage critical documents and data across platforms.
  • Follow established workflows meticulously to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements.
  • Work closely with colleagues across various teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet high standards.
  • Provide operational support to the team and help balance workload demands during peak periods.
  • Maintain detailed records of tasks, workflows, and updates to ensure consistent and transparent operations.
  • Assist in generating periodic reports to track progress and identify process efficiencies.
  • Develop expertise in specific operational areas to become a go-to resource for the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with tools and best practices to enhance the quality of work over time.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations or process-oriented role, preferably in the payroll or finance industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow established workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
