About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Corporate Strategy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies that drive business growth and sustainable competitive advantages.


Key Responsibilities
  • Scanning the market environment for trends and insights to identify key growth opportunities for the company.
  • Translating company-level strategies into actionable functional deliverables.
  • Driving decision-making and ensuring major initiatives align with the company's strategic direction.
  • Sustaining momentum of strategy execution and instilling organisational discipline.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  1. Develop and update company strategies, prioritising cross-functional initiatives by analysing internal performance and external market trends.
  2. Provide strategic advice to senior management on key issues, such as strategic initiatives and business unit plans.
  3. Bridge business opportunities with product development by understanding business imperatives and technological possibilities or limitations.
  4. Lead experimental business development initiatives, defining success parameters and transitioning them to operational execution.
  5. Align organisational structure with strategic objectives by identifying required internal capabilities and processes.
  6. Execute corporate planning and track functional deliverables, organising updates and action items during management meetings.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
  • A degree with good honours from a top-tier university in any discipline, MBA an added advantage.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with quantitative analysis, e.g. financial modelling and data manipulation.
  • Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to senior executives.
  • Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact.
  • Experience in analysing and quantifying complex strategic issues tied to long-term business growth.
  • Creativity and comfortable with 'blank sheet of paper' assignments.
