Job Title

A call center representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The primary goal is to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, efficiently, and effectively while providing solutions to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, protecting customer privacy, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge, maintaining consistent attendance, and adhering to scheduling requirements.

Key qualifications include prior call center experience, strong command of the English language, typing speed of 20+ WPM, high-speed internet connection, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Windows operating systems, ability to multitask and self-manage effectively, excellent interpersonal skills, authorization to work in the country where the job is based, willingness to submit to drug screening, and availability for background and/or security investigations when required.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position that operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
