The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact for our customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed solutions.
Requirements:
Skills and QualificationsEssential Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
This role has a basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes but lacking program/product specific knowledge. Works with close supervision and clearly defined procedures. Starting to demonstrate familiarity with client terminology, operating standards and procedures. Starter without sustained metric performance levels.
