Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring they have an excellent experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming chat requests, emails, and platform requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide detailed attention to each customer, giving them a sense of care and making them feel valued.
  • Manage client concerns, deliver resolutions, or coordinate escalations when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Active and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
  • Jira ticket management experience.

Desirable Skills:
  • Property Management software experience.
  • Real Estate industry experience.
  • Ability to understand and interpret Residential Tenancy Legislation.

  • High levels of proactivity and initiative-taking.
  • Ability to actively and creatively problem solve, thinking outside the box.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize.

Additional Notes:
  • Must be available for a rotating roster between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT).
  • Must be able to work to Australian time-zones.
  • Required to work on non-national Australian public holidays.
