Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. If you excel in communication, problem-solving and customer satisfaction, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
About the PositionThis is an independent contractor position that requires working US business hours. As a representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email and chat to address their queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate information about products, pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Ensure timely and effective data entry in various platforms.
- Proven sales experience and comfort with interacting with customers.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 50 words per minute).
- 1-5 years of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and other CRM software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- A quiet and professional home office environment.
- A fast and reliable computer with a second monitor.
- Faster than average internet speed (50 Mbps+).
