Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and thoughtful representative to handle customer inquiries via phone calls and video calls. As a representative, you will be responsible for answering customer questions, thinking on your feet, communicating clearly and effectively, and empathizing with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions over the phone and communicate clearly and effectively in writing; empathize with customers.
  • Diagnose and solve the customers' problems via phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with our clients.
  • Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written communication.
  • Personal integrity and conscientiousness.
  • Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals.
  • Team player.
  • Continuous learner.
  • Good knowledge of Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, and so on.
  • Have your own laptop.
  • An international team that embraces a growth mindset as well as the importance of coaching.
  • A set of international clients with high standards of excellence.
  • Fresh graduates may apply.

This is a full-time job only, 44 hours per week.
