Event Sales Associate

This role involves managing and converting inbound event sales inquiries with strong communication, customer focus, and ability to close deals while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding event services.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective customers.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless event booking processes.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall campaign goals.
Key Skills:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive, results-driven attitude.
Work Arrangements:
  • WFH - stable internet connection and a backup internet connection required.
  • Conducive working environment for work from home set up necessary.
  • Ability to report on-site if unable to work from home.
