Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and product launches.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, developing promotional materials, and ensuring seamless execution of all marketing events.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and product launches
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase event attendance
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools
