Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Events Coordinator to handle promotional activities, brand visibility, and event coordination for our hotel. This role bridges marketing initiatives and event execution—ensuring our guests experience exceptional service from pre-event promotions to on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, rooms, and facilities
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and suppliers for promotional materials
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and tourism organizations

Events Coordination

  • Work with clients to plan and organize hotel-hosted events (corporate functions, weddings, parties, etc.)
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown
  • Liaise with hotel departments (F&B, housekeeping, front office) to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest and client concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva/Adobe, and social media platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
