We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to play a critical role in bringing our events and gatherings model to life. As an Event Coordinator, you will partner with the Senior Events Manager to power the planning and execution of employee gatherings for our distributed workforce.

You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, vendor management, travel arrangements, and on-site support. Your goal is to create seamless event experiences that exceed expectations.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.">
  • Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments.">
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.">
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring smooth event execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.">
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Employee Experience, People Ops, Comms, and Executive Admin.">
