We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to provide exceptional support and services to our clients through various communication channels.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions efficiently and professionally. This includes responding to phone calls, emails, and online chats in a timely manner, using fluent English, Mandarin Chinese, and Minnan dialect.
You will be responsible for accurately understanding customer needs, diagnosing product usage issues, order status, logistics tracking, bill inquiry, and after-sales service requirements. Your clear solutions will ensure customer satisfaction and enhance our brand image.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions through various channels, using language proficiency in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Minnan dialect.
- Understand customer needs accurately, diagnose product usage issues, and provide clear solutions.
- Proactively care for customers, collect feedback, and convey opinions to relevant departments.
- Create, follow up, and close service request forms according to customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Hokkien languages.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or related fields, preferably in call centers, e-commerce, telecommunications, or technical support.
- Pleasant voice, good listening skills, clear expression, and empathy.
- Stable and patient personality, able to handle customer complaints and negative emotions professionally.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members.
A competitive salary range of 700-1350 USD per month, commensurate with actual abilities.
