  • Capture customer expectations, experiences, and satisfaction levels, influencing strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Prior success in high-volume calling environments, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and data systems.
  • Process-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail and adherence to call scripts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
