Job Description- Manage high volumes of customer interactions via phone and email daily, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Utilize advanced contact search and productivity tools to verify customer information and optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value delivery, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to address customer concerns and objections, providing tailored solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics through surveys, calls, and emails, informing data-driven decision making.
- Capture customer expectations, experiences, and satisfaction levels, influencing strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-term relationships.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Prior success in high-volume calling environments, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and data systems.
- Process-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail and adherence to call scripts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work from home, with a strong ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
