Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls.

Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality service by resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and resource utilization.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely manner.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions while following established procedures and protocols.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to relevant team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong typing speed (20+ WPM) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and internet connectivity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
