Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least six months experience in a call center environment handling US accounts with high quality performance
  • Typing speed of 40-50 wpm with a minimum accuracy rate of 95% (higher rates preferred)
  • Exceptional comprehension skills with a near perfect score of 15/15 (100%)
