
Professional Customer Advocate

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to support our clients across various projects. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle inbound inquiries.
- Provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Thoroughly learn clients' products and services to deliver accurate information.
- Maintain existing relationships with professionalism and build trust with customers.
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction when necessary and resolve issues empathetically within the first interaction.
Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting performance targets, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and working collaboratively as part of a team. If you are confident, fully engaged, and dedicated, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Required Skills:- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of the Windows operating system.
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage.
- Strong team orientation and customer focus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team and customers.

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
