Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including:
  • Managing complex calendars
  • Booking travel arrangements and restaurant reservations
  • Coordinating events and team processes
  • Processing expenses in a timely manner
  • Drafting and managing correspondence
  • Providing regular updates on in-flight projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience working with US-based clients/companies or in a startup environment is a plus
