Marketing Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive marketing support specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in marketing support, who are comfortable learning new platforms and can efficiently coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the team to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Provide day-to-day marketing support to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Manage and operate various digital platforms, including Fetch and other bear printing platforms.
  • Assist with title and real estate-related marketing tasks, with a background in marketing support a plus.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative duties, campaign coordination, and communication with vendors and clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing support or a related administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Fetch and bear printing platforms highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the title and real estate industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
