Senior Architecture Awards Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architecture Awards Coordinator to lead the strategic management and execution of award submissions for top-tier national and international programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the right projects, crafting compelling submission packages, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to gather assets and photography.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing architecture and design award submissions, strong familiarity with award platforms, excellent writing skills, and the ability to distill complex project ideas into clear and engaging language.

This is a remote position that offers a flexible schedule and autonomy in work. Our company prioritizes creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an annual awards submission calendar based on strategic relevance and deadlines.
  • Identify eligible projects, awards, and categories across residential and design sectors.
  • Prepare and manage award submissions – including image curation, text development, project storytelling, and online form completion.
  • Maintain records of submissions, deadlines, and results.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing team to gather assets, photography, and plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing architecture and design award submissions.
  • Strong familiarity with award platforms: AIA, Architizer, Dezeen, Dwell, Interior Design Best of Year, The Plan, WAN, etc.
  • Excellent writing skills with an eye for architectural storytelling.
  • Ability to distill complex project ideas into clear, engaging language.
  • Comfort working with architects, creatives, and photographers.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Portfolio of successful past submissions or awards won.
